I am a program management and people development professional with 10 years of experience across learning and development, client engagement, change management, digital transformation, and technical operations within the energy industry. During my career with SLB, I have worked across five countries and held diverse regional and global roles, leading cross-functional initiatives and working with multicultural teams and industry stakeholders.
I currently manage strategic talent development programs in collaboration with ADNOC, with a focus on technical capability and workforce development. Throughout my career, I have been particularly focused on developing people, leading transformation, and connecting business and talent priorities.
I hold an MSc in Computer Systems Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.鈥�
